Rav kaduri (and others like Rav Abuchetzera knownas Baba Sali) was a mekubal on his own - whereas, Rav Ashlag, what he achieved was in the terms of revolutionizing the perspective of 'kabala' as of spreading the knowledge ... in a simple manner to be understood by anyone of a some knowledge .
