JGHDVCFGT, she clearly said that people making these kinds of videos still use horrendous amounts of oil. She is not a hypocrite in any sense of the word, she provided a warning, not an order. The internet is probably the most valuable tool in promotion of ideas, using it to warn the public about Peak Oil, is not hypocritical, nor is it without dignity. And hey, there may have been no porn...But it kept you watching to until the end (I think that could have been the point jackass). Peace x

Although you make a very good point about oil you are wrong about some alternatives. Nuclear is very powerful as we have seen: A Nimitz Class Carrier support 5000 people along with repair and resupply bases for aircraft hospitals and desalination while traveling at 30 knots for 13 years with a lump of uranium the size of a fist. Fission along with other sources will be the future.

You say that, standing there in you're clothes made from sythetic fibres, wearing make up, using electricity made from un-renewable sources, using a camera made from plastics. All this requires oil.
