My GH2 xploxer has that problem, if I strum down nothing, if up it works. Someone help me out with this.

hey my issue is that sometimes it hits than sometimes when i strum once it will end up strumming like 4 times and sometimes nothing happens but since i fall under the upstrums work category ill try thx
