I do know what you are talking about! cost vs benifit, this is what is important here. I dont understand why cant we create more than G force on this particular planet? is it possible? and the answere is YES!!!! probably at much lower cost than a hollywood movie, let alone the space mission!!!

NASA gets 17 Billion dollars to spend this year. That sounds like a lot of money but compared to the entire federal budget it's chump change. Again, like I told the other person, Google NASA spinoff and look at the GOOD things that the space program brings. You're in a minority as far as distaste goes. NASA is one of the most popular government agencies around. Imagine that, a popular government agency and they do it with relatively little money. :)

Google NASA Spinoff and eat your heart out. Research done in space could very well lead to cures for certain disease as things in microgravity behave dramatically different than in 1G. Educate yourself and you just 'might' be impressed.
