Dylan has'nt ever done no prison time the government tried to get him for stirring up shit during Viet Nam&stopped him from even publicly releasing his music because of his views- that's part of where the basement tapes came from.

man i used to like thw white stripes cover more but lately ive been real into dylan. its wonderful dylans musical journey from his first folky songs then evolving to produce epic ballads such as this.
