Nas is my fave, but I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that AZ is better than Nas.
Why do I say this?
Nas on this beat would have been ill, but probably on some corny shit.
AZ is spittin like he aint never get old, as if he's still in his prime. When Nas raps now, it's like it aint as good as Illmatic, It Was Written, hell even Stillmatic Nas. Just imagine current Nas on this beat. Mad slow and boring most likely. But AZ just wrecked this shit.
Ok, thumb me down now.

Dang, I heard Chamillionaire spit over this beat on one of his mixtapes and i been trying to figure out who he took it from. AZ wrecked it.

I can't disagree with that. Certainly material things are of value in our everyday lives and so should not be discounted as topics worthy of mention...

chevys are cheap. Kawasakis are also well priced compared to other motorcycles (prefer Honda CBR's). Material but not excessive. I didn't hear em talkin bout riding a Lambo and riding the new Ducati (Bike). Material things are ok if their not in excess.

Yea, the beat is very well crafted... but the lyrics are as well. He does make a lot of mention to expensive material shit though... "heavy chevy, two doors"... "beach bungalo"... the range rove.... and the "Kawasakis"... and the "Louie Luggage" near the end. It's surprising, but that still doesn't seem like the dominant theme of the song, if you hear the other words. It seems like he's also telling a personal story at certain points...
