no the singers when facing the audience (us) its tenors baritones and basses. so the short guy with blonde hair is the high tenor and the guy next to him is the second tenor. the two guys in the middle are the baritones. and the guys on the right side are the basses. thats how choir formations or choral group formations work. high parts are generally on the left side when facing an audience. the low parts on the other side. i hope that helps a little bit.
