I gather that the Russian philosophy or doctrine, is that there is a cease fire, because they are not shooting at troops or civilians. But they want the Georgian army to stop running away from them, walks past them and go into the barracks. As long as they don't walk past the guns of the Russian army, the Russians are replacing all their posts. The Russian government wants a bloodless face-to-face confrontation. There is nothing more going on here.

Its a very simple deal.
Russia said "Agree or we be washing your remains into the sea".
Georgia said "We didnt do anything... well you started it.. well, we mean 1922,,, ah you are right, murdering people is bad, we wont shoot any more" |
