OMG yes, she's still alive and REMAINS STUNNING AS EVER!!!!. Dead serious, she hasn't aged a bit. Me and my Friends would run home from Elementary school in 1987 and dive in front the T.V. to watch Club MTV, Jody was on one time and we were going craaaazy!. But to answer your question, YES she's still alive and doing well and i'm soooo glad she is ;)

The light skinned guy on drums with the sun glasses is Andre Cymone. He is not Prince's half brother but was a close friend that Prince lived with for awhile. He was the bassist in Prince's first prominent band and can be seen on American Bandstand and Soul Train with Prince. Andre and Jody did marry and have at least one child together
