Actually it's the redhead (mikuru) and the guy on the far left (Kyon) that's being bullied into doing it (well, to a greater degree than the others anyway).
Yuki (short haired girl in brown jacket) is merely apathetic about everything and Itsuki (guy on the far right) is readily going along with everyone of Haruhis (the girl in the center and the groups undisputed tyrant) harebrained schemes.

the anime is The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. im not sure of a good site to download it but a good site to watch it is justdubs (.) com. they have all the eps in the order that they should be watched and not in the order they were shown. wikipedia has more info for those of you who are curious as to what i mean and for more info in general.
