The Haneef Inquiry - an interview with Stephen Keim SC - Pt 1
An interview with Stephen Keim SC, in relation to the Clarke Inquiry (the Dr Haneef Case) - Part 1. The "virtual inquiry" was established by the Commonwealth Attorney-General Mr McCelland into the 'arrest, detention, charging and prosecution' of Dr Mohamed Haneef (the Clarke Inquiry). The inquiry is headed by former NSW Supreme Court Justice, the Hon. John Clarke QC. Mr Keim summarises the facts of the Haneef case and the submissions made on behalf of Dr Haneef to the Inquiry. One tip, try to get rid of the funny noise in the background. Get clip and sounds like a lot of smoke and mirrors, leading to the top of the howard and co.govt.The doctor should sue Mr. Andrews personally. |
