i'd say plenty... I live in the Netherlands.(Amsterdam) I know alot of people who smoke regularly and they all can behave pretty normal.(they wouldn't let themselves go like this dude in front of a crowd)

LOL i went to school stoned a few times....I actually concentrate so much more...and i feel focused x100000
i went to work stoned...( mcdonalds) and i kept giving people the wrong orders...haha
