yes they do, but you need a credit card and put a deposit down, at least that was the way it was back when PS2 and Xbox were still in their prime.

from what i remember, they only let you rent video games, i dont remember consoles, but then again i havn't been renting in a long time lol

i wish i could have played mgs 4, but i own a 360, and don't bitch to me how it sucks just saying why i couldn't play it but i bet it was epic, sucks that missed out haha ive played the other 3 tho. helluva theme man, makes u wanna get in an epic fist battle haha
