Please read the updated memo until 12 July 2008 ========================= ============== Original Description (August 2007): I chanced upon a 6-yr old girl, Koleen Aragon, in a local singing contest, and Connie Talbot sprang to my mind. Connie has amazed the world, that's including us, on how she can put that feelings in her song despite her tender age. But here, Connie Talbot may be considered lame (sorry!) in compared with this 6yr-old girl. Watch how she belted-out the high notes with her powerful voice. I remembered Cowell asked Connie "Was that you singing?" When I heard this Koleen Aragon's voice, I can't help myself but to ask "Was that her voice?" Show judge Piers Morgan called her: "pound for pound, inch for inch, the best 6-year-old singer in the world" I thought so as well then. Until I watched & heard this little girl sing on stage. Judge Piers Morgan was wrong, after all! I am emphasizing the talent, singing ability, interpretation, stage presence, vocal quality and control, that are independent of the language of the song. I'm proud to tell you that Koleen Aragon & Charice Pempengco came from the same town. Pempenco sang in this same singing contest when she was younger. ===================== ===================== [20 April 2008] Connie Talbot has release the 2nd version of her "Over The Rainbow" album with 3 new songs replacing the Christmas tracks. Her first version album was a Platinum. My channel's "Connie Talbot "I Will Always Love You" (Full Version)" has reach a million viewers mark and her album , and I'm happy for for Connie. I was hoping I could see how Koleen talent has been since this local contest. This summer, I may find time to locate her. For that I thanks you. Connie Talbot has toured and made different appearances successfully in Southeast Asia, and we all are very happy for her. Most new viewers always make the impression that this video is posted to bank on Connie's popularity in order for this Koleen girl to be known.
