i'm thinking if you hit too hard then it wont work so hit it softly

sometimes the drums would work when they feel like it
i have the same problem
but i still play it
well now it's working better so you'll start getting the hang of it

anyone can answer my question:
k, i personally loved rb 1, the drums made it horrible, because i love the drums i play for 3 years and they sucked.
1. they were very sensitive
2. sometimes they wont work if i hit the note
3. i couldnt drum roll cause it wouldnt work
they were really fucked up, now if i buy a pair at gamestop by itself for 90$ rb 2 drums, are they better or the same as rb 1?
someone please answer, i gladly appreciate it.
