The Drive: San Francisco's Pacifc Coast Highway

Put to the music of Bette Midler's "The Rose," enjoy the majestic beauty of California's northern coast along the Pacific Coast Highway (Highway 1). After several weeks of horrific stress, I took a break one day this summer to drive a stretch of the Pacific Coast Highway between San Francisco and Santa Cruz. Along the way, I stopped at various points to capture the beauty of the ocean and coast. Near the end of the afternoon, I took one final photo stop just south of Half Moon Bay. The images captured on that stop were God's way of reminding me that I have many blessings. The images are put to the music of Bette Midler's "The Rose."
