Gov. Wants Disaster Declared in Philly-area Fire

Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell asked the U.S. Small Business Administration on Thursday to declare Montgomery County a disaster area following a huge fire that destroyed two upscale apartment buildings and damaged two others. (Aug. 16)
