i think part of the problem of what you suggest is copyright infringement...i don't know specifically, but if they use a movie/tv show/song that isn't nbc-universal (and yes, universal does have its own music company, universal music), they have to first obtain the rights to it, then pay for it (for every show)...its cheaper/easier to use nbc-universal things...plus, they can only do so many movies in such a short amount of time, you can't spoof 30 movies in 30 minutes ;)

If bill and ted were still needing their history report tommorow, they'd still be listening to Iron Maiden & Kiss. Did someone at universal actually watch the film? Christina Aguilera. Britney spears. Fergie. Gwen Stefani. Avril Lavigne. My Chemical Romance. Justin Timberlake. Bill and Ted are Metalheads, and should actually have a show with metal in it!!!!

It seemed more like just performances and not much in the way of a show. There really wasn't a plot. I have to agree with many others, the Orlando show is much better but I would think they've been doing it longer than the Hollywood one. This show was good, but I've seen better. And yes, they need a more pumped audience!
