Smooth and you can just tell from the forms that she is experienced and pro!

, but then again, it's probably just hard to see with the camera's side view. So yeah, in short, nevermind. :P

lol, wow, that was a really long time ago that I made that comment. Looking back at it now, I feel that I should probably train more before I can give an answer that I would really feel like defending, but since I already went ahead and opened my big mouth, I might as well stay accountable for it: Basically, all I meant was that there were times at the end of some of the moves where nothing seemed to be moving except for her hands

Hi Latestart, could you give me more details about your hip movement critic ? Actually, I have not understood what you mean about "a bit of follow...".

i agree completely ive never seen these forms performed with so much skill

Awesome performance. Great job on keeping hands near centerline, and no dead movements. One thing I noticed is there is a bit of follow through on some of the movements that are not supported by hip movement, which might make it less efficient, but this is definitely a video that I'll be referencing for my own training. Another thing is that a lot of people do ward off instead of part the horses mane at the beginning, and it's good to see someone actually doing part the horse's mane here.
