@cristopher3890 Very serious, I don't think its good enough to promote. Its not a patch on real oldskool hiphop, its too gimmicky, slick and overproduced. Yes it is better than 90% of the new rubbish coming out but if you are going to do oldskool then keep it real. No disrespect to the artists involved, I just think they deserve a better track.

@maccagrabme Are you serious? This was NEVER promoted, played on ANY video station, nor was is OVER played on ANY radio station in the US. I cannot vouch for any overseas stations excepts for Iraq, Afganistan or Saudi for the last 4 years. Oh and by-the-way...this would be classified as Hip-Hop back in the "oldschool/krushgroove/breakin'" days. What really sets it apart from the rap/cRap from these days is that we can actually understand it.

Love Sugarhill but this is far too commercial. I don't need or want my oldschool coated in candy. Also the bpm is a little to fast. It critisises everything about modern day rap but then it falls into exactly the same trap! Not saying modern rap is worth defending either.
