Holy Shit! Thanks for posting this. I have very vague memories of this show, but I do remember enjoying it. It's good to see some of it again.

False, Barry Allen is exceptionally quicker than Quicksilver, as are all Flashes. The speed force greatly trumps the mutant abilities possesed by Quicksilver.

the flash if read the dc marvel crossover comics you can see that the flash is faster in the dc universe but when he jumps over to the marvel universe he looses his connection to the speedforce(with the exception of barry allen he is always faster then quicksilver)
